Jennet was married to William K. Stewart. She and William had 4 known children; Samuel, Frances, Elizabeth, and Robert.
The family lived in the Rock Hill area of York County until Jennet's death in 1805. Shortly after her death a large number of families moved out of the York area.
The Stewart Brothers divided and went separate ways. One group went to Georgia settling in the Morgan County area and later in Cherokee County, Alabama, while another group went to Ohio.

William K. Stewart was the son of Alexander Stewart II and Mary Cowan. William came with the family to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1758 from Ireland. William was one of at least six sons born to this family, his siblings were John, Samuel, Alexander, Joseph, and Archibald.
On May 5th, 1769 William received a grant for land from King George III for 300 acres of land on Millstone Branch between the Wakhaw and Twelve Mile Creeks in South Carolina. This land was on the east side of the Catawaba River.

It appears that William may have been married twice
first wife Sarah Calhoun and she is mother of Samuel.

William was a Revolutionary War soldier and served as a Pvt. in Captain Felix Worley's Company of the 3rd Regiment of the South Carolina Scouts, commanded by Colonel William L. Thompson.
